For warranty claims, damaged shipments, returns and repairs, please fill out the return form on our website. This accelerated the process about your complain so that your complain can be dealt with as quickly as possible. Therefore, never send your package return without fill out the return form. Recycled Packaging Material
With a view to a sustainable business, Manves outdoor lighting has been packaging its products with recycled packaging material since January 2020. For example, we package our products with used and new cardboard boxes, paper tape and green bubble wrap in order to contribute to a cleaner and co2 neutral climate. In addition, our fixtures and garden accessories are finished with a durable and environmentally friendly powder coating to minimize the impact on the environment during the production process. Manves outdoor lighting is also open to suggestions from existing customers with regard to improving and making the sent parcels more sustainable.
