If you have received a product from us and it is not to your liking? At Manves you can return your order within 30 days and you will receive the original purchase amount back (excluding shipping costs). To initiate the return procedure you can send us an email message and indicate that you want to return the product. We also request that you add an order number or invoice number to your email message so that we can link it back to your product that will be returned. Then return the product, including a copy of the purchase invoice to our company address below in Zevenaar.

Return unpacked product
Have you received a product from Manves and have you removed it out of the shipping box or original packaging? Returning these goods is not a problem if they are packed in the (if possible) original product packaging and shipped in the original or otherwise sturdy shipping packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Non returnable products
If you have ordered a product from Manves with a specially chosen color or do you personally customized a product, than this product it is not returnable. Of course, a full warranty applies to these products but these products are excluded from our 30-day return policy. In addition, damaged products are excluded from our 30-day return policy and are returned to the customer.
Have you received a product from Manves and would you like to exchange it for another product from our collection? That is of course no problem. You can contact us via our contact form or by calling our telephone help desk. In addition, you bear the costs for returning the product.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement within 30 days, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point (excluding delivery costs). We will refund you within 7 days using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
