Frequently Asked Questions

To give you a clear picture of our services and working methods, we have listed the most frequently asked questions with answers. This way you can easily find out what, for example, the warranty period is on our products or what to do if your order has suffered transport damage. If you have a question but it is not listed in our frequently asked questions page, you can of course always call or email us.

How long is the warranty period?

We grant a long warranty on a large number of our products. For example, our classic outdoor lamps are offered with a warranty period of 2 years, with the exception of the bronze and brass lighting. We offer these with a 10-year warranty. You receive a warranty of no less than 1 year on both our door fittings and modern interior lamps. You can also find the warranty period on the product page of the product you want to order.

I have received my order damaged. What now?

It is always annoying when you have received an order and it is damaged. To report transport damage, you must inform us about this via our contact form. Below you will find the subjects that you must send us by e-mail:

  • - Your first name, last name and invoice number
  • - Photos of the product showing the visible damage
  • - Photos of the outside of the package (Visible damage)
Can I order for business from abroad without VAT?

It is possible as a company that is a member of an EU Member State to order without VAT. To transfer VAT within the EU, you as a company must provide a number of things so that we can check your data:

  • - A photo of the letterhead you use to invoice your customers
  • - Send us an email from the mail program containing the domain of your company
  • - The Chamber of Commerce number of the country where your company is registered
Within what period can I return an order?

If you place an order in our webshop, you have a cooling-off period of 30 days. This period starts from the moment you have completed the order. If you want to return your order, you must follow the following procedure:

  • - The product must be undamaged and return it in its original packaging
  • - Go to our returns page and download the return form and fill it out completely
  • - Return the product together with the return form to our office address in Elst Gelderland
When I place an order. When will it be delivered?

If you place an order in our webshop, it will be delivered within 3 days. The delivery time is always indicated on the product page and can vary from 3 days to 7 days, depending on the product. In addition, we only ship with postal company PostNL and you will always receive a track and trace from us when shipping.
